Airport / Negombo
On arrival at the Bandaranaike International Airport, you will get your first taste of warm Sri Lankan hospitality; Representative from Aventra Travels (Pvt) Limited will Welcome you and transfer to Negombo. Relax after checking in to the hotel.
Undertake a City Tour of Negombo including a Fishing Village, Old Dutch Fortress from 1678 converted to prison, the Hamilton Canal which was built by the Dutch for the transportation of Cinnamon; the Old Dutch Cemetery and naturally the Negombo Fish Market.

Airport / Pinnawala / Habarana
After Breakfast En route visit Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage. Then continue on to explore the famous Golden Rock cave temple which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Recognized as a sacred pilgrimage site for 22 centuries, this cave monastery, a vast isolated rock mass with its five caverns is the largest best preserved cave-temple complex in Sri Lanka. Proceed to Habarana.

After Breakfast enjoy an elephant back ride in Habarana. Then proceed to Polonnaruwa, one of the main ancient kingdoms in Sri Lanka. In the afternoon visit the Minneriya National Park to undertake a Jeep Safari to see wild life. Enjoy an Elephant back ride.

Habarana / Sigiriya / Kandy
Proceed to Sigiriya Rock fortress after breakfast. Climb the Rock fortress of Sigiriya. Then visit Kandy via Matale where you can find spice gardens.

After breakfast leave for a City Tour including the Upper Lake Drive - a place where one could have a bird's eye view of the city below, the Royal Botanical Gardens , a Gem Museum - to see how the valuable gems that you see on a shop shelf are turned out from a raw stone with the back ground history.
In the evening watch a Cultural Performance by traditional Kandyan Dancers and Drummers including devotional “Fire Walking" and walk across in the star lit night to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic.

Breakfast at the hotel and proceed to visit Horton Plains, located on a high windswept saddle at about 7000-ft elevation. Visit World’s End considered to be the finest view in all of Sri Lanka. The awesome escarpment drops vertically for about 4000 ft. Here you could find endemic Slender Loris and endemic Purple Monkeys amongst the animal species that can be seen. Return back to hotel and relax.

After Breakfast transfer to Colombo. Enroute visit Kithulgala.
The Kelani River (the broadest river in Sri Lanka) flowing through Kitulgala was the main location where the Oscar winning movie “Bridge on the River Kwai” was filmed. You have an option to Enjoy a White water rafting session in Kithulgala.
Proceed to Colombo and check-in to the hotel.
